I demonstrate 5-star customer service. That means that I do all the leg work for my customers by creating strategic partnerships only after thoroughly researching a service/product and learning that it benefits the small business community. I maintain ongoing customer relationships by taking advantage of educational opportunities (including both Advanced and Enterprise Certifications) so to be able to keep my customers informed about new and improved solutions. At the conclusion of an implementation or training, I offer low-priced annual support for my clients that includes monthly newsletters that contain Training Tips, Monthly/Year-end reminders that are important to the small business owner, as well as valuable information about third-party solutions. Refer to the Contact Us page for a listing of available Training Tips.
I am also committed to supporting our service men and women. As a small token of my thanks to our troops and veterans, I actively support two non-profits. One is Veterans Resource Central where I serve as Board of Directors Secretary and as a Mentor for veterans considering an entrepreneurial direction. Two, on New Year's Day, I am an enthusiastic host and sponsor of the Polar Bear Dip Fundraiser for Canine Corps, a Perry County, PA non-profit that provides a free home-away-from-home for canine family members of troops on tour.
To foster the reputation of being small businesses' Preferred Business Services Provider, I consistently deliver honest solutions. As a small business owner (refer to Bio Page), I know the importance of honesty. The bottom line about how I feel about my customers is that seeing my customers smile makes me smile!
